Top Heart Bypass Surgery Results

The California CABG Mortality Reporting Program, (CCMRP) is a partnership between the California Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) and Pacific Business Group on Health (PBGH), which is a coalition of 45 public and private sector purchasers of care in California. This cooperative effort between the state, purchasers and hospitals has provided Californians with the first report on bypass surgery outcomes for California hospitals. The public release of comparative surgery information assists patients when faced with making a decision about where to receive treatment.
